Terms & Conditions
1. If there are any changes to your original quote or when you haven't received a quote upfront, Fixed It Pro will contact you before commencing any work.
2. A non refundable service fee of $20 will be charged in the event of your device is not repaired / repairable.
3. Fixed It Pro (North Satellite LLC.) is not liable for any data loss. Fixed It Pro always recommends to make a back up before sending your device in for repair.
4. Please make sure you have removed your sim card and/or memory card from your phone. Fixed It Pro does not accept responsibility for loss of these items.
5. If Fixed It Pro does not receive payment within 30 days after scheduled appointment date we recognize that you have agreed to forfeit your phone in lieu of payment and Fixed It Pro will reserve the right to recycle your device.
